Roles & Responsibilities of the Tech Committee and Chairs

In an effort to clarify the roles and responsibilities of committee members and the chairs, I thought it best to delineate what I consider the specific roles and responsibilities that the committee undertakes as a way to provide more specificity to the charge from NCSS, to ensure that we as members fulfill what is expected of the committee and to better ensure the transition of individuals either onto the committee and/or into leadership positions.
